Hi, Hadley and Kylie Gardner here from Gardner Homes. Here is a little background about us!

We formed our company, Gardner Builders in July 2005.

As a couple, our passion is to build high quality homes at affordable prices for families to own.

Over time we have not only built more than 100 new homes but we have undertaken a number of new subdivisions. These include: Byron Brown Place, Sue Avenue, Phoenix Court, Gardner Place and Tararua Crescent with more recent projects being Ropata Te Ao Way and Te Puke Te Ao Way in Otaki.

We specialise in cul-de-sacs with well-spaced homes, modest sized gardens with a real community and family feel.

Hadley is a qualified builder and has a real eye for high quality finishing’s. Kylie’s strength are in working with clients as they design their special home and working through the stages every step of the way!

Each home is uniquely designed. Gardner Homes employ an architectural draftsman to individually design each home to the customer’s specific taste. No two Gardner Homes are the same! Therefore we can accommodate any building need or desire that you may have.

We have several different types of customers who buy a Gardner Home.

2 People nearing retirement or in retirement

3 People from the wider Wellington region including Wellington City and Paraparaumu residents, who want to move to Kapiti and own a new home mortgage free.

4 Investors who wish to take advantages of the capital growth returns associated with the new highway construction in the Kapiti area.
