Formed in 2005

Gardner Homes, formed in 2005 by Hadley and Kylie Gardner, have now built more than 100 quality homes in the Otaki region.

As a couple, Hadley and Kylie’s passion is to build high quality permanent material homes at affordable rates for families to own on the Kapiti Coast. Over time they have not only built more than 100 new homes but they have undertaken a number of new subdivisions on the Kapiti Coast. These include: Byron Brown Place, Sue Avenue, Phoenix Court and Gardner Place.

They specialise in cul-de-sacs with well-spaced homes, modest sized gardens with a real community and family feel. Hadley is qualified builder and has a real eye for high quality finishings. Kylie’s strengths are in the design and interior decorating of their special home and working through the stages every step of the way!

Each home is uniquely designed. Gardner Homes employ an architectural draftsman to individually design each home to the customer’s specific taste. No two Gardner Homes are the same! Therefore we can accommodate any building need or desire that you may have.
